A Beyoncé & Cardi B Collaboration Ended In 2017 Because The Song Leaked

Beyoncé and Cardi B ended their collaboration because the song got leaked in 2017

Beyoncé and Cardi B ended their collaboration in 2017 after the song got leaked.

Wow!!! We are definitely not the only ones who are shocked to hear this. A Beyoncé and Cardi B collab could have been the biggest thing on the charts in 2017, and maybe even in forever. Sadly, someone took that away from us.

In a new video shared via a Beyoncé and Cardi stan account, music producer, J White Made It is seen talking about it in an interview. According to him, he had the privilege to produce a Beyoncé and Cardi collaboration but it got nixed because the song leaked. Crazy right?

By the way, J White Made It is the producer behind Cardi’s first number one “Bodak Yellow”, and most recently, Megan Thee Stallion’s “Savage”. It is customary for artists to put out the original version of a song immediately after it leaks.

However the two queens wouldn’t settle for less. Apparently they wanted to take everyone by surprised but that ended up not happening. The super producer revealed he went on the internet and discovered it’d been leaked. Bummer. Here’s hoping another collaboration happens between them in the future. We’d definitely kill to have that.

“I was just as giddy as everybody else. I was sitting there just waiting, looking on the internet then it leaked… Bro, three years ago I had a Beyoncé play with Cardi and that kinda went sour because it went viral that they was doing a song together and that cut out. This time the song leaked before the song came out… But listen, that song came out when I say I sat like this… For like, ten minutes.”
