Babes Wodumo breaks down in tears and denies drug use in a touching new video.
Mzansi singer and dancer, Babes Wodumo is yet again in the news for the wrong reasons. The Mzansi star appeared in a Live interview with IG influencer Tha Simelane where she broke down in tears while addressing some of the issues surrounding her life.
The “Wololo” hit maker opened up about the pressure of constantly having to support her family and always being accused of substance abuse. Tha is seen consoling and encouraging her, telling her that she won’t die young.
However, after the interview, the popular influencer said that she will never change, and accused her of taking cocaine and being high during the interview. Babes’ manager, Nondumiso in a statement to TshisaLIVE denied Tha’s accusations.
She however, admitted that the star may have been intoxicated because she was having a Savanna.
“If you saw the Live, you will also testify. Everyone who watched the Live didn’t see any cocaine so that is the answer.”
Social media users were torn by the video with some dragging the singer, while others slammed Tha for exploiting her pain.
