Here’s how A-Reece reacted to winning the Metro FM Award for Best Hip Hop Song.
A-Reece was one of the winners at the Metro FM Music Awards on Saturday. The rap star beat out the competition, including Cassper Nyovest, Khuli Chana, Nasty C, and Da L.E.S and snagged the win for his song “Ving Rhames.”
He showed love to his fans, thanking them for their support.
“It’s your boy A-Reece, I just want to take this moment to thank my supporters formerly known as The Slimes my investors for helping me win the Metro FM Award for the Best Hip Hop Song, last night or the night before that…, my bad you correct me on that.”
He also gave a shout out to his team for believing in his vision for his music.
“Shoutout to my management for submitting, shoutout to my team for believing in my vision. Again thank you guys for listening to the music, thank you for buying the merchandise, thank you for coming to the shows, and thank you for making me one of the most successful independent artists in South Africa.”
