SA Hip Hop star A-Reece has shared what he expects when he features an artist on a song.
We all love a good collab. Everyone would agree that they usually compare the delivery of the artists who collaborate on a song together. Some rate most artists over others. You might even say that some believe that the owner of the song should not be outperformed by the guest act. But we all know that that happens sometimes.
Taking to his Instagram stories, A-Reece shared his thoughts on being outperformed when he collaborates with an artists on a song. He said he expects the artist to deliver a better verse, which would help elevate the song. He wrote,
“Bro when I feature someone on my song I expect them to do better than me. Elevate the record, have a doper verse, you know… kill it. I dont know how it works for y’all the “n**g killed you on your own song, n**gs.”
We are hoping to get a collab by Emtee and A-Reece this year. After Emtee announced he would be dropping two projects this year, Reece asked to be on one. Saudi also asked to join him on the song. We are hoping that happens.
