Advocate Paul Kennedy Allegedly Takes His Life Before He Could Appear In Court To Answer For His Crimes

Facing over 735 charges of raping young boys, human trafficking, unlawful possession, creation and importing and/or exporting, and the distribution of child pornography, Senior advocate and former acting judge, Paul Kennedy SC, has allegedly offed himself.

Paul Kennedy, also a member of the counsel for the State Capture Commission, chaired by Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo, was scheduled for an appearance in the South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg next Monday. The state alleges that Paul had committed atrocious crimes between September 2020 and July 2021.

Notwithstanding the towering charges facing him, he still carried on with being involved in the state capture commission and a member of the counsel demanding extensions from the commission that has taken over than a billion rand out of the taxpayer’s coffers.

A lawyer who had a close working relationship with Kennedy informed the Daily News that he was heavily shielded by powerful people regardless of him being a paedophile. The source also included that he was found lifeless at his home after he has taken his own life, adding that a close family friend present at the scene wasn’t able to confirm on the spot if Kennedy had hung himself or pulled the plug by overdosing on pills.
