AKA Apologetic After Flaring Up During 947 Interview With Thando Thabethe

“Fela in Versace” star AKA has just apologized over his awkward interview with Thando Thabethe during which he declined answering a question about his fiancée Nelli Tembe.

Anele “Nelli” Tembe had reportedly jumped to her death from the 10th floor of the Pepperclub in Cape Town on April 11 this year.

Investigation into her death is ongoing.

During a sit-down with Thando Thabethe, the songster had been asked about the Nelli Tembe incident and he flared up, stating it was none of the interviewer’s business.

The way he handled the question provoked mixed reactions from social media users, with some insisting he could have done better.

AKA appeared contrite soon after. In a post to Instagram, he confessed he was triggered by the way she asked the question, and he apologized accordingly.

He also noted that Thando Thabethe had been supportive of him since Nelli Tembe’s passing. AKA wouldn’t want her to take the incident to heart because, according to him, shit happens. You can check out his post below.

Last we checked, Thando Thabethe had neither liked the post nor commented on it. The overwhelming opinion is that she’s not upset with the Supa Mega.
