AKA Informs His Fans That He Doesn’t Give Freebies

AKA does not give out money like some other celebrities. And he has informed his fans about his stance.

Multi-award-winning rapper, AKA, is not one those of celebrities that give away free money. When a fan of Supa Mega asked him to give him R1000 for his birthday, AKA replied to the fan by asking if he is high.

During one of the Suga Mega’s recent Q and A session held on Twitter, some of his fans learnt from him the hard way.

One of AKA’s fans, who was hoping that he would receive a freebie from his favourite rapper for his birthday, learnt the hard away.

The fan tweeted:

Today is my birthday. Can you at least transfer me R1000 Supa Mega?

The ‘Fela In Versace’ hitmaker replied to his fan:

Are you high?

Another fan tried his luck by asking for a Playstation.

The fan tweeted:

Would you buy me a PlayStation.

AKA replied:

Not a chance, mate.

We should note that about a month ago, AKA’s biggest rival, Cassper Nyovest gifted a fan with R1000 for her birthday.

However, the ‘Good For That’ hitmaker has limits to that which he can donate. When he was criticized for playing online FIFA instead of donating money to end the coronavirus pandemic, Cassper responded that he cannot donate because he does not so much money like the pop icon, Rihanna.

Responding to the coronavirus pandemic and the 21-day lockdown, AKA tweeted:

God bless our soldiers, our police, our medics, doctors, nurses, our Commander in Chief.

Nkosi Sikelei’ iAfika (God bless Africa).
