AKA Meant For Mass Country To Be A Sjava Collabo

Late SA Hip Hop star AKA has initially meant for the “Mass Country” album to be a collaboration with Sjava.

Prior to his death, AKA announced plans to gift fans his latest album, “Mass Country.” The iconic emcee had dropped a few singles from the album before his death. The album was finally released and fans have enjoyed vibing to it.

Zadok, a Mzansi producer credited for his work on the album, recently appeared on The Episode Podcast by SA Hip Hop Mag, where he spoke about the Supa Mega’s initial plans for the project. He revealed that it was first meant to be an AKA and Sjava collab.

“Funny enough, the initial concept of this project, there was a conversation about a joint project between AKA and Sjava because of the Maskandi influence that Kiernan wanted to have in the Mass Country. Obviously, that didn’t work, but in the end, we managed to still get Sjava on the track.” he said.
