Mzansi rapper AKA has just clocked 34 years, and the “Fela in Versace” star used it as an opportunity to commemorate one of his controversial moments caught on camera.
The most memorable appeared to be when the wrestler declared to be the finest musician alive. AKA had stepped into the ring and spat some fiery lyrics that Elia couldn’t take at some point. And things almost got physical.

AKA has come a long way as a musician. From being a “street rapper” hoping for gigs, he’s morphed into one of the most in-demand rappers from South Africa.
His career has been plagued with controversies, including his sporadic battles with fellow rapper Cassper Nyovest. Things had escalated after the SupaMega insulted Cassper’s parents – a “sin” Cass has vehemently noted he wouldn’t forgive.
The pair would have settled their difference in a boxing match, but it never worked out, and each would accuse the other of being responsible for the match not happening.
Right now, though, a fight is out of the question. AKA is celebrating his big day, and he’s determined nothing should intrude on that. The fans are focused on the birthday as well, wishing Kiernan Forbes the best going forward.
