AKA’s recently released #AKATV reaches number one on Apple’s Entertainment Top Charts list.
Talk about making lemonade with the lemons you’re handed. Mzansi rapper, AKA is winning big and he’s got his creativity to thank for it. The “F.R.E.E” hit maker recently released his new app, AKATv and it has become a huge hit in just a few days.
The “Jiga” rapper recently took to his Instagram page to reveal that the app had hit number one on Apple’s Entertainment Top Charts list. Who else could achieve that if not the Supa Mega himself. Weeks before the app’s release, Mega had taken some time off of social media.
He finally surfaced and hinted to fans that he was creating a platform for them to interact. Weeks later, he introduced the #AKATV app which features his personally created content including exclusive live performances. He will also be interviewing his celebrity friends on the app and give fans a peek into his life.
