In South Africa, Anele Mdoda had become justly infamous for insulting and harassing American singer Kelly Rowland for no reason. The media personality has pointedly described the Destiny’s Child member as the ugliest of the group.
Kelly has never said anything to or about her. MZansi just sees Anele Mdoda pouring acid at random. For her actions, she had been roundly condemned by South Africans. And when Americans realized she was abusing one of their idols, they lashed out at her as well.
Drama over? Not really.
The lives of Kelly Rowland and Anele Mdoda are not the same. Whereas the American singer is happily married to Tim Witherspoon with whom she has two children, Anele Mdoda is a single mother.
At Christmas, Kelly Rowland shared a picture of her happy family. A South African fan of hers. commented on the picture, noting that it would be giving chest pains to Anele Mdoda because there is no father figure in her son Alakhe’s life.
The claim appeared to have touched a nerve, and Anele Mdoda, who would ordinarily not respond to her fans, fired back, noting that Alakhe’s father is very much present in his life. She went ahead to insult her critic.
