Former Ukhozi FM presenter Ngizwe Mchunu, and KwaZulu-Natal premier Sihle Zikalala, have locked horns, with the former accusing the latter of assaulting him.
For his part, Zikalala had opened an assault and crimen injuria case against Ngizwe at the Durban Central police station.

The incident that led to both parties filing charges against each other reportedly occurred during the Ingoma Kazwelonke competition held at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
A Twitter user shared a clip in which the former radio presenter called the premier a dog and accuse,; you him of talking nonsense. You can check it out below.

Although there was no video evidence at the time of writing to support the claim that one party physically assaulted the other, Mzansi was already taking sides in the drama between the two public figures.
In a different clip, Ngizwe could be heard telling his side of his story. He said he had asthma and ,.,.,.might have died when the premier knocked him.
