Amanda Black urges Everyone to support people struggling with mental health issues during the lockdown in South Africa.
We are all living in a time of uncertainty, no one knows what’s going to happen but everyone is trying their best to stay safe. As we all know, each passing hour, South Africa edges closer to a total lockdown, during which everyone would be responsible for themselves.
While we are thinking for our own safety and health during this time, Amanda Black urges people to assist those with mental health issues. The singer took to her Twitter account to share a few words, calling on everyone to look out for those who are hit hard, mentally, by all that’s going on.
She makes a valid point because there comes a time when many won’t take it anymore. Every support one can offer would be significant to reassure them that things will get better.
Especially those dealing mental illness not knowing how they’ll get through this. Anxiety attacks, depression episodes and list goes on. Qina mchana and seek professional or close friend help❤️ Even if it’s telephonically you can do this! 💪🏿
