New music is on the way, but this is not something ordinary. Ami Faku has stormed the studio with celebrated international disc jockey Black Coffee, and the two are reportedly working on a new album.
In a post on her verified Instagram page, the Gallo Records artist had shared a clip of herself and the international DJ in the studio. In the caption to the post, she noted that she spent some time with the DJ in the studio.
She gave no details on what they are working on but noted in the caption that what she’s working on is special and that she was more than happy to be collaborating on it with the Grammy-winning musician.
By the way, Black Coffee recently acquired equity in Gallo, which is one of the oldest record labels in South Africa. It’s unclear why the two decided to collaborate, but then, fans are more than happy to see them on the same project.
According to some fans, including the musician Caiiro, the collaboration is long overdue. Anyway, it would be interesting to see what the two will put together. Of course, you can count on us to share that with you all. Stay tuned.
