South African disc jockey and entrepreneur DJ has shared his amusement over an impostor using his image to ask for assistance from fans.
In a recent tweet, the “iKhenani” crooner shared a screenshot of a conversation an impostor going by the name Tira Berings [sic] was having with one of his fans. In the screenshot, the impostor claimed to have been mugged and asked for R1k to assist him.
DJ Tira was vastly amused by the conversation and he showed that with the emoji he shared as part of the comment to the screenshot he posted. you can check it out below.

A look through the comment section showed that DJ Tira’s fans were just as amused by the conversation as well. The amusement is understandable, of course. Dj Tira is a millionaire and easily one of the richest South African musicians at the moment. Now imagine the same Tira coming to the inbox of a random fan to beg for R1k. Lol.
Interestingly, this isn’t the first time an impostor had done something like this using the DJ’s name. It had happened previously and DJ had warned his fans to be careful so they don’t get duped. This time, he was just amused.
