Andrew Wiggins Hailed For Impressive Performance As Warriors Lead NBA Finals 3-2

Andrew Wiggins can fly, crooned the Golden State Warriors on their verified Twitter page following their triumph against the Boston Celtics in the NBA finals.

Looking back, one can’t fault that verdict as the court ace made some great leaps and netted several times, contributing immensely to their triumph at the end of the match against their equally impressive rivals.

He scored 26 points in his team’s 104-94 win against the Celtics.

As the series heads back to Boston for game six on Thursday, all eyes will be on Wiggins to see if he’ll pull off a similarly impressive performance and take the Golden State Warriors a bar higher in the NBA championship.

While the Golden State Warriors Stephen Kerr is excited about his team’s performance, he’s not ready to row the boat of complacency and wouldn’t have his team do the same. He said they may have won but are not celebrating, adding that his team has two cracks at getting one win.

About Wiggins, Kerr admitted he’s got a great player in the Canadian – “fantastic” – and that the 27-year-old Canadian knows just how much he’s needed in the team. Wiggins is eight years in the game and is generally believed to have delivered the best game yet of his career against the Boston Celtics.
