Anele “Nelli” Tembe: Moses Tembe Faults The NPA In Western Cape

The late Anele Tembe’s father, Moses Tembe, has a lot to say about the inquest into his daughter’s death. The businessman has been quiet since the death of Kiernan “AKA” Forbes, the fiance of his daughter.

AKA was shot dead on the 10th of February last year just outside Wish Restaurant on Florida Road. Given the circumstances of his death, many assumed that Moses had a hand in it.

He addressed this claim and others during an interview with the state-owned SABC. He dismissed the claims during the sit-down while insisting that he had a deep love for AKA and would have wanted him to appear in court – as a witness or so – so that the family could get some closure over Anele’s death.

Beyond that, he also lambasted the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA ), noting that does on the inquest are not doing their jobs as they should. Beyond that, he also pointed out that legal reps have not given reasons for the delay.

Anele Tembe’s death on April 11, 2021, reverberated across South Africa, with some sources claiming that before allegedly jumping to her death from the 10th floor of the Pepperclub Hotel in Durban, she and AKA had sporadic fights, with him breaking the door in anger at some point.
