Army Pulls Ads Featuring Jonathan Majors

The army has pulled recruitment ads starring Jonathan Majors following news of his arrest over the weekend.

It has been a pretty shocking week for fans of American actor Jonathan Majors. The star has been in the spotlight for a while now for all the right reasons until recently. According to reports, he was arrested over the weekend after a woman, identified as his girlfriend, alleged that she assaulted her during an argument.

Recent reports reveal that an Army recruitment ad starring the “Creed III” actor has been pulled following his arrest. The new campaign was launched with the aim of reviving the army’s failing recruitment numbers. The ads were narrated by the star.

Majors was arrested on Saturday on charges of strangulation, assault, and harassment. The Army’s Enterprise Marketing Office said that the Army was “deeply concerned by the allegations.” Also, it added that while he “is innocent until proven guilty, prudence dictates that we pull our ads until the investigation into these allegations is complete.”
