On a normal day, she would have let the trolls say all they like and wear themselves out on her social media channels, but when some trolls insinuated that she had an amorous relationship with Afrotainment boss DJ Tira and that he’s the father of her son Sponge, Babes Wodumo flared up.
The “Gqom Queen” had shared a picture of her and DJ Tira, who recently turned 45, on Facebook while wishing him a happy birthday.
Some trolls hopped in the comments of the post, accusing the pair of having an inappropriate relationship. The trolls claimed DJ Tira, who’s married to Gugu Khathi, and not Babes Wodumo’s Mampintsha, is the father of the Sponge Wodumo, son of the “Gqom Queen.”
An incensed Babes Wodumo had reportedly made it clear she was mad at the claims made about her and DJ Tira. She implored those who have nothing to say about her and her life to just leave and mind their businesses.
DJ Tira himself has not commented on the trolling.
By the way, Babes Wodumo, who’s called “Gqom Queen” in reference to her album of the same title, recently spoke of drop a song in the amapiano genre. She’s reportedly working on this with genre notable Kamo Mphela.
