Some mentioned that she had lost her place of relevance to the likes of Kamo Mphela and Uncle Waffles, the trending DJ and dancer. But Babes Wodumo herself would insist there’s only one Gqom Queen and nobody has or can take her place.
And contrary to the narrative some peoples are keen to push, Babes Wodumo celebrated Kamo Mphela’s wins. In fact, the two of them reportedly have an amapiano jam coming.
Well, Babes Wodumo is set to host her first concert of the year and probably silence her critics. Dubbed A Night In Concert, the show would hold at the Durban Amphitheater on December 3. And yes, her fans are already saving the date.
