Gqom queen Babes Wodumo performs Big Nuz’s new jam, Ukhozi FM’s Song Of The Year, “Ngeke,” at The Last Dance 2022.
Most would say that the previous year had a tragic end, and they would not be wrong. Last year, we witnessed the return of the famous hitmakers Big Nuz. Their song “Ngeke” featuring DJ Yamza became a massive hit.
Sadly, Mampintsha passed on before the year ended. Fans have been mourning him since. Everyone agreed when the song “Ngeke” was named Song of the Year by Ukhozi FM. It was a true honour for the late Gqom star.
His widow, Babes Wodumo, returned to the stage at The Last Dance 2022 to give a performance of the song. You could see that it meant a lot to her. You can watch the beautiful performance below. Babe’s energy remains unmatched, and her late husband would have been proud to see the performance.
