It’s been months of mourning her late husband, Mandla “Mampintsha” Maphumulo, but South African singer Babes Wodumo appears to be ready to enter the dating pool again. She has an idea of what she really wants – a white man.
The “Gqom Queen” got candid about this and other subjects during a recent Facebook Live. Since her husband died, she has been feeling lonely, and now she feels it is time to explore and find love again. But there is a catch. Her preference is for a white man, and she has her reasons.
Speaking during the live session, she noted she would prefer a white man because whites do not talk too much, which translates to less drama.
Some of her fans sympathised with her for her loneliness, and some wished her the best as she began her search for a white many who would fill the void Mampintsha left and bring her the happiness her soul seeks.
By the way, despite turning down gigs, it appears the songstress has not been idle. This much is evident in her teasing an album, which will be out later next month (May).
