In a delightful surprise for music and movie lovers alike, the soundtrack for the highly anticipated Barbie movie has been announced, and it’s nothing short of star-studded. The album, aptly titled “Barbie: The Album,” is set to be the soundtrack of the summer, featuring a diverse array of artists from various genres.

The album, executive produced by Mark Ronson, boasts a lineup that includes Ava Max, Charli XCX, Dominic Fike, Dua Lipa, FIFTY FIFTY, GAYLE, HAIM, Ice Spice, Kali, KAROL G, Khalid, Lizzo, Nikki Minaj, PinkPantheress, Ryan Gosling, Tame Impala, and The Kid Laroi. With such a diverse lineup, the album promises to offer something for everyone.

One of the standout tracks from the album is Dua Lipa’s “Dance The Night,” which was released alongside a playful music video. The video follows Dua as she arrives on set to film, with everything from her convertible to her outfits oozing the infamous Barbie pink color. The film’s director, Greta Gerwig, even makes a cameo at the very end.

“Dance The Night” is a disco-pop tune that is sure to get listeners on their feet. Dua Lipa, who also plays Mermaid Barbie in the film, expressed her excitement about the song’s release on social media, saying, “I wrote this song with my friends @iammarkronson @wyattish @carolineailin and we hope you LOVE IT.”

In addition to Dua Lipa, other artists have also contributed to the soundtrack. GAYLE, Ice Spice, Lizzo, The Kid LAROI, Haim, and more have lent their voices to create a diverse and vibrant soundtrack. The album even features a track by Ryan Gosling, the film’s main Ken, rumored to be titled “I’m Just Ken.”
