#BBMzansi Host Lawrence Maleka Defends ‘New’ Biggie

Big Brother Mzansi host Lawrence Maleka has defended the new Big Brother following the criticism he has gotten since debuting on the show.

While the fourth season of the Big Brother Mzansi show has been going great, this season’s Big Brother has not gotten much love from viewers. Some have criticized his voice and asked that the last one be brought back.

A fan of the show recently tweeted at the host, Lawrence Maleka, complaining about his voice. The fans @KamogeloMoririi wrote, “@Lawrence_Maleka a ke rate (I don’t like) voice ya Big Brother. I don’t think it’s even worth it to call him “Big Brother” with that voice. Ngizwa ngathi uyingane (He sounds like a kid).”

Maleka replied to him, asking viewers to give the new Big Brother a chance. He wrote, “Think of the first time you started at something. How you prayed that it works out. How kind and patient those who were far more experienced than you were or rather how you wish they could have been.”

Fans have praised Maleka for the mature response he gave to the fan. @Tlale_2 reacted, “Best answer ever. He will get the hang of it, and he is already improving. I wonder what the ones complaining would do if they were to know there was once a lady Biggie.”
