BET Hip Hop Awards 2022 Winners

The reality that many might be nominated but not everyone will win an award played out recently at the BET Hip Hop Awards 2022. There were winners, and there were those who didn’t win – we realize some peeps object to the phrase “losers” since, according to them, one cannot lose what one doesn’t own.

At any rate, it was a memorable moment for many over the weekend as they walked home with the BET scudetto. Among those who had truly memorable moments on the award night was Kendrick Lamar, who scooped six awards – a personal record.

Among others, the “Mr Morales & The Big Steppers” ace in the following categories, Album of the Year, Artist of the Year, Lyricist of the Year, Best Live Performer, and Best Hip Hop Video.

Canadian rapper Drake was another top winner on that day, snapping three awards. The award show turned out to be a reunion of sorts for Clipse.
