Big Zulu Takes A Dig At Emtee, Cassper Nyovest, And Other Rappers In “150 Bars”

Mzansi rapper Big Zulu provoked mixed reactions in the space when he dropped “150 Bars,” a song which has since been called a diss track by many.

It is. In the song, the songster fired shots at his colleagues, including Cassper Nyovest and Emtee. However, he spared A-Reece because, as one fan said, Big Zulu didn’t want to dis “struggling rappers.”

The song has been the talk of the town since its release. From the rappers dissed to followers of Mzansi hip hop, peeps have been commenting on the song, which some claim was Big Zulu’s attempt to ignite the space and provoke a revival in hip hop in South Africa.

Among those who have reacted so far are Emtee and AKA. The “Fela in Versace” star noted in a tweet that Big Zulu couldn’t diss rappers at the beginning of his song only to hail them at the end.

Emtee was equally unimpressed with the song. The “Prayer” trap ace was somewhat dismissive of the song, imagining it as something used to chase clout and nothing. You can check out his tweet below.
