Inkabi Zezwe, Sjava, and Big Zulu’s hit song “Umbayimbayi” has been certified triple platinum. The song is the lead single off their “Ukhamba” album.
We have to all agree that Sjava and Big Zulu are currently two of the year’s biggest hitmakers. On their own, they dominated the airwaves with songs. Sjava even dropped one of the year’s biggest albums.
Together, as Inkabi Zezwe, they released the chart-topping hit “Umbayimbayi.” The song became an instant success. According to a recent post on their official Instagram page, the song has been certified triple platinum. That’s huge for the duo. They dropped the album “Ukhamba” on May 12.
The project housed 12 tracks and has produced hits including “Khaya Lami,” “Sayona,” and more. Inkabi Zezwe is also prepping to hit the stage on July 29 at Grand Arena, GrandWest, in Cape Town to perform for their fans. We hear tickets are already 70 percent sold out.
