Billie Eilish performs heart-melting rendition of The Beatles’ “Yesterday” at the 2020 Oscars.
The 2020 Academy Awards happened last night, 9 February and there were some very incredible moments that happened all through the night. There were beautiful performances from Cynthia Erivo, Idina Menzel and Elsas from other parts of the world, a surprise performance from Eminem, and Billie Eilish’s heart-melting moment.
The popular hitmaker who snagged the awards in all four major categories at the Grammys a few weeks ago hit the event wearing Chanel from head to toe. She later took to the Oscars stage with brother, Finneas O’Connor to perform a very emotional rendition of The Beatles’ classic “Yesterday”.
While Billie sang, photos of some of the talented people in Entertainment who passed on last year and this year were displayed one after the other. The performance also honoured the late Kobe Bryant. Billie and her brother are expected to drop a new season for the upcoming James Bond film.
