Black Coffee has raised over R500k for COVID-19 relief.
Since the lockdown began, Mzansi producer and Disc Jockey, Black Coffee has contributed so much to helping people who have been affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic. The world renowned DJ has hosted a weekly performance session titled “Home Brewed”. There, he raises funds for COVID-19 relief while also entertaining fans.
For weeks now he has raised a lot of money for various organisations including Corona Cares SA, SAveABusiness, #FeedingSATogether and KFC’s Add Hope. He recently took to Twitter to reveal that he has raised over R500k through the initiative. This is definitely a huge deal and we are so proud of him.
He also got a shout out from the World Health Organisation who hailed him for his contributions. “We are grateful to have you support the World Health Organisation (WHO) in the fight against Covid-19. We are all in this together.”
The Mzansi hit maker previously revealed that he has been spending the lockdown with his son. According to him, he’s been working on being a better father and spending more time with his children.
So far we've raised over 20,000 USD, but we cant stop there! Please help me in making your mark…anything you can contribute will aid those in need!
