“Body Heat” Actor William Hurt Dies at 71
Actor William Hurt, one of the most famous faces in American film in the 80s, is dead. He died peacefully at his home in Portland, Oregon, according to his family. He was 71.
In his heydays, William hurt had acted in several flicks and was famous for several of them, including The Big Chill, Broadcast News, and Body Heat.
A statement released by Will, Hurt’s son, indicated that the septuagenarian died of natural causes. The actor was previously diagnosed with prostate cancer that had reportedly spread to that bone. That was in 2018.
Hurt travelled widely as a child, and in his acting days was nominated for several Academy Awards.
He was twice married. He divorced his firth wife Mary Beth, also an actor, for Sandra Jennings after got pregnant for him.
