SA Hip Hop star Boity has opened up on her breast reduction journey in a note to thank her doctor.
Fans had no idea Boity underwent breast reduction surgery, but the star has opened up about it. She revealed she underwent a mastopexy in late February as she had been experiencing lower back pains and also had difficulty picking out outfits.
In a note in honour of her doctor for taking good care of her, Boity wrote, “I decided to take the plunge and do a procedure that benefited me in more ways than I thought it would. A mastopexy is a breast reduction and lift.”
“This is a post to thank Dr. Bruce not only for his incredible work but for his care and compassion throughout the healing process … from random calls of me stressing to taking out the time to go the extra mile regardless of what I felt I needed to give me peace of mind,”
She shared how proud she was to have worked with one of the best and most qualified black surgeons on the continent.
