Brenda Fassie must be proud of the strides her son Bongani is taking long after her death – assuming she can see what’s going on from wherever she might be.
The songster and producer has just gotten a new reality show, called Finding Bongani, on Moja Love. The show is going to detail how Bongani has been coping since his mother’s death almost two decades ago.
Bongani is the only son of the iconic singer who did in 2004 after collapsing at her home in Gauteng. She was 39.
Finding Bongani will debut on Moja Love on June 5. A trailer of the upcoming show is already out on Twitter. The trailer features Kuli Roberts, a notable Mzansi actress. Reports indicate that Bongani ‘s family and friends will feature in the show.
By the way, the show follows a couple of other projects the sonsgter has been handling – al related to his mother. Previously, he had worked on a biopic of Brenda Fassie
