Two weeks to when he’s expected to appear in court, a key witness in the Senzo Meyiwa case, brigadier Philani Ndlovu, has been declared dead.
The report of his death came as a shock not just to the media but also to those following the case.
As far as some of them are concerned, the Brigadier isn’t dead but must have been taken out of circulation — possibly given a new post elsewhere — to prevent him from testifying in court.
Some think that Kelly Khumalo had a hand in it all. And yet others wonder how a person who wasn’t in the room at the time Senzo was killed should become a key witness.
