Burna Boy Confirms “Africans Unite” South African Show

Burna Boy confirms rumours of his scheduled performance at the South African show.

Popular Nigerian Afrobeats singer, Burna Boy has confirmed his show scheduled for later this year in South Africa. The singer who has been performing sold out shows lately, made the announcement via his social media page. According to him, half of the proceeds from the show will go to the victims of Xenophobia in the country.

Sponsored by Play Network Africa in partnership with Phambili Media SA. The shows will hold on 23rd at Hillcrest Quarry, Durban Ville in Cape Town and on 24th at the The Sun Arena, Time Square PTA.

Joining him on stage are Nigerian-American Hip=hop artist Jidenna and South African rapper, Kwesta

Announcing the concert, he tweeted:

The first of many! Part of the proceeds will be donated to the victims of Xenophobic attacks by me! I really hope we can all keep contributing in our own way to make the world a better and safer place for each other. #Africansunite , it’s bigger than all of us
