For everytime Nigerian singer, Burna Boy has said he’s an African Giant, he’s proven it to be true 10 times more. The singer who has been raking in lots of success with his last album, “African Giant” which was also nominated for a Grammy Award has been doing quite well.
On Sunday, 8 March, the “Killin’ Dem” hit maker took to his Instagram page to announce that his 2019 hit song “On The Low” has been certified Gold in France. According to him, the song achieved the feat without any promotion or radio push in the country. Apparently, it was streamed more than 15 million times.
The singer shared photos from the moment he received the Gold plaque with his mother, Bosé Ogulu. He still shared a second post where he expressed his thanks to everyone who showed up for his “African Giant Returns” Tour in Marseille, France.
