When one thought the season of drama had ended for American rapper Diddy, with 50 Cent’s claims that his parties might be a hub for gay activity, Diddy has found himself in a new season of drama.
Unlike the 50 Cent part, the latest appears to be particularly serious in that it involves assault and rape (alleged). A former girlfriend of his, Cassie (real name Casandra Ventura) is claiming that he physically and sexually assaulted her in the over a decade that they dated. She also claimed that he controlled every aspect of her life.
a representative for Diddy denied the allegations made agsint him, though. The rep described her claims as “offensive and outrageous,” while also pointing out that Cassie demanded $30 million from Diddy, which was rejected.
For her part, Cassie, through her attorney, claimed that she was offered eight figures to silence her and kill the case but that she rejected it.
At this rate, it is now up to the courts to determine what is what and which is which. The public is keenly following the case, with some of Diddy’s fan’s loudly supporting him and some expressing shock at the whole debacle. Well, the courts will rule on this soon.
