Cassper Nyovest and his fans celebrate 3 years of the Thuto album with #ThutoTurns3.
If anyone has made huge contributions to the SA Hip Hop scene, it’s definitely Cassper Nyovest. The Mzansi rapper is one of many who have changed the game with their music and also hit various milestones.
Three years back, Mufasa released his third studio album named after his sister, Thuto. The album made history by going Gold on the first day of its release. It ended up topping charts for the rest of the year. That is certainly one album to remember and celebrate this year.
The “Amademoni” hit maker took to Twitter to announce that he would be celebrating its third anniversary on May 7 which also happens to be his sister’s birthday. Fans reacted positively to the announcement and tweeted in celebration of the album. It sort of reminds one of the time the album was released.
#Thutoturns3 we celebrate on Wednesday. May 7th . That's my sister, Thuto's actual birthday.
