With the hashtag #CelebrityBoxing currently trending on Mzansi Twitter, it is inevitable the much publicized but apparently jettisoned AKA-Cassper Nyovest fight should crop up again.
The pair was to have fought a year ago, but never did. Each would accuse the other of delaying the fight or not willing to fight at all. At some point, AKA had shared what he claimed was the contract for a boxing match with Cassper, insisting he had signed it , and asking Cassper to do the same.
He had taken down the post about signing the contract almost as soon as he made it. And Cassper had mocked him for taking down the post, insisting AKA was the one afraid to fight.
Well, at the moment, in the spirit of the #CelebrityBoxing hashtag, a fan had asked Cassper if he would still fight AKA. In response, the Family Tree boss had said he wouldn’t, not even for money, because AKA is not fit to fight at the moment. AKA recently lost his girlfriend Neli Tembe in a suicide and is currently being investigated.
