Cassper Nyovest replied DJ Maphorisa’s wish to crowd-surf.
There are certain music genres which get really crazy when they are performed live. We mean, that point when everything gets heated to the point when the artiste literally flies off the stage into the arms of the crowd and practically rides the hand waves.
Well, the internet went nuts when SA Hip-hop star, AKA landed on the floor after he tried to show off his crowd-surfing skills at a gig in Rustenburg. Funny thing is, the crowd seemed like they were about to catch him when he leaped off the stage but weren’t really enthusiastic about it in the end.
Although the rapper laughed it off, he inspired someone to try. Scorpion King, DJ Maphorisa recently revealed in a tweet that he would like to crowd-surf too but was shut down by Cassper Nyovest. He simply told him to leave it to the Hip-hop guys.
