Cassper Nyovest Visited AKA’s Family
AKA’s father, Tony Forbes, reveals Cassper Nyovest visited them when they lost their son.
The Cassper Nyovest and AKA rivalry was huge. It was inarguably the biggest rivalry ever in the SA Hip Hop scene. However, it was obvious that both rappers thought highly of each other. Unfortunately, we never saw them make up on camera. AKA was killed on February 10, and the SA Hip Hop scene was devastated.
There were reports at the time that Cass paid a condolence visit to his family. On his Instagram page, AKA’s father, Tony Forbes, shared a photo of him and Cassper, thanking him for visiting them away from the cameras. He also teased him about the boxing match that would have happened between their son and him.
He wrote, “Respect…you came in our darkest moment. Thank you. We remember…away from the cameras. God bless. P.S. When you signing them papers. I told you I will take you,”
