SA Hip Hop star, Cassper Nyovest says the genre is doing fine without him.
If anyone has been successful embracing new music genres, it is Cassper Nyovest. Although the Mzansi star has gotten hate for it, he seems to be doing quite well away from SA Hip Hop. Cass recently dropped a new Piano album “Sweet And Short 2.0” which has been a big success in the charts.
A fan recently took to Twitter to ask the “Good For That” rapper if he was done with SA Hip Hop. “You done with rap? Like done done?”. Replying him, Mufasa revealed that he isn’t. Rather, he is done with the politics of it.
According to him, he needed a break to have fun with music and just vibe out. However, he believes the genre is doing fine without him with Hip Hop joints all over the charts.
