Amapiano producer DJ Maphorisa is unimpressed about a potential boxing match between fellow musos Cassper Nyovest and Prince Kaybee and has made his thoughts known in a sarky tweet online.
The hashtag #CelebrityBoxing is currently trending in South Africa. Celebs and ordinary folk alike have been using the hashtag to match celebs for a fight. Cassper Nyovest was apparently in the matching spirit.
In a clip posted to Twitter, which showed a boxer knocking out another, he had stated that was how he would knock out “Princess” Kaybee. Prince Kaybee shared the tweet, stating his hope that it was not another PR stunt on Cassper’s part.

Unimpressed by the duo’s exchange, DJ Maphorisa had intervened, stating that both artistes are thinking of fighting it out in the ring because they no longer produce hits.
By the way, the idea of a fight between Cassper Nyovest and Prince Kaybee has been there since 2020. At the time, Cass has stated he wouldn’t fight Prince Kaybee because, unlike prince Kaybee, he owns all his masters.
