Chicco Twala Talks About His Son Longwe

Chicco Twala opens up about his son’s alleged involvement in the murder of the late Bafana Bafana football player Senzo Meyiwa.

Chicco Twala might be known to be protective of the children, but it is obvious he does not stand for evil. The music icon recently spoke to Zimoja about his son, Longwe’s alleged involvement in the murder of Bafana Bafana star Senzo Meyiwa.

He revealed that he would hand him over to the police if it were discovered that he was involved. According to reports, Longer is allegedly wanted by the police after being implicated in the murder. The publication further reveals that he is currently in a drug rehabilitation facility fighting drug addiction.

Longwe was admitted to a rehabilitation center in Brakpan, east of Johannesburg, after using again. Sunday World writes that his relapse happened again after working through the habit at a drug rehabilitation center in Tshwane in 2022.

In 2020, Chicco was reported to have been furious while scolding Longwe about the murder at a police station. He was heard in a video saying he wished Longwe was responsible for Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa’s death so he could rot in jail.

“Senzo Meyiwa, stealing from people, drugs, and all that. I can’t stand for this sh**.”
