A show getting postponed is nothing new in the entertainment industry. A lot of things come into play, forcing organizers to shift the date for shows or cancel them altogether if there is a reason for that.
For South African rapper A-Reece, though, there is no cancellation of his “Reece Effect” Pretoria concert. The songster has merely announced the deferment of the show. whereas it was originally slated for December 1, fans would now have to wait until 2024 for the show.
By A_Reece’s own account – via a post on his record label Revenge Club Records – the concert has been postponed to his birth month of March next year. Revenue was given as the reason for the postponement. Whereas the previous venue for the show was much smaller, fans should expect to enter a bigger venue next year.
The venue has not been released yet, but A-Reece indicates that will be announced in the coming days. Fans are somewhat disappointed because this is the second time that the show has been postponed. It was initially slated for October last year but was deferred to December and now March 2024.
