Connie Annouces Launch Date For The Ferguson Foundation In Honour Of Late Husband Shona

For those who have been asking for details about the Ferguson Foundation, Shona Ferguson has dropped all the details y’all have been seeking.

In a post on her official Instagram page, the mother of two announced to the world that the Ferguson Foundation, an initiative to honour her late husband Shona, will be officially launched on August 5 and 8 p.m.

The Venue, Houghton Estate, Johannesburg, is where the launch will take place. She also provided the website of the foundation, as well as a phone number people might call with their enquiries.

The occasion will bring together some Mzansi celebs, including Juliet Masinga, who will serve as the mistress of ceremonies. The main act of the day or artist is the singer Nomfundo Moh. Other celebs are expected to grace the occasion in honour of Shona.

Fondly called Uncle Shon, Shona Ferguson is the co-founder of Ferguson Films and one of the most-loved South African actors until his death from coronavirus complications last year. But, in death, he’s still very much loved.

Connie has been keeping his memory alive by sporadically sharing clips of the beautiful times they had when he was on the material plane. Well, keep your eyes peeled for August 5.
