Costa Titch’s Death Allegedly Linked To Seizure Caused By Flashing Lights On Stage

It was the end of an era for South African rapper and dancer Costa Titch who passed away while performing at the Ultra Music Festival at the Expo Centre, in Johannesburg.

It was as sudden and as shocking as can be, and South Africans have been trying to wrap their heads around the incident. What could have caused the rapper’s death in his prime? He was just 28 at the time.

New reports indicate that the songster, who has a history of epilepsy, must have been affected by the flashing light on stage while performing. The lights had allegedly triggered his epileptic seizures and provoked what would be a second musician’s death in two months = the first being that of AKA (incidentally a Costa Titch collaborator), who had felled by an assassin’s bullet on February 10.

Costa Titch, whose birth name is Constantinos Tsobanoglou, collapsed and died while performing at the Expo Centre, in Johannesburg. And although the exact cause of death has not been medically established, multiple reports point at the flashing lights on stage as having affected him and provoked an epileptic fit which led to his death.

The family has acknowledged his death in a post on his verified Instagram page while also thanking the public for their support.
