COVID-19: Zakes Bantwini’s Startling Claims On Ventilators Death

Mzansi muso Zakes Bantwini has made a startling claim about ventilator deaths in the time of coronavirus in South Africa.

In a recent tweet, the “Your King” star had claimed that he knew at least four persons who died as a result of load shedding. He said their ventilators stopped working as a result of load shedding, wondering how many persons lost their loved ones that way.

He made the post after Eskom implemented stage 2 load shedding yesterday 14 January. You can check out his post below.

The songster’s tweet is generating mixed reactions online. Some social media users are accusing him of misleading the public. Some challenged him to name those who died as a result. Some merely supported him without asking questions whatsoever.

By the way, South Africa is experiencing the second wave of the coronavirus. The Government of South Africa has had to announce level 3 lockdown in the country to contain the second wave. The move has not been wholly welcomed by South Africans, however. The lockdown has a strong opposition from entertainers.
