DJ Euphonik Playfully Schools Esona To Put “Some Respek” On His Father Black Coffee’s Name As He Fills Out MSG

South African disc jockey and producer Euphonik has playfully taken a jab at Esona, the son of his friend Black Coffee, for “disrespecting” the international DJ who made history on October 7 this year by holding a concert at the Madison Square Garden.

It was a symbolic win for Black Coffee in that he is the first South African to hold a concert there. Before the concert, though, months ahead, he had taken to Instagram and announced to his millions of followers that the concert would take place.

By his own account, it is something he has been wanting to achieve for a long time. And now, he’s achieved just that. The result? Congratulatory messages have been pouring in for him from around the world. One of those messages came from his son, Esona.

In a tweet, Esona, himself a DJ, had shared snaps of his father at the event. In the caption he simply wrote: “DJ Black Coffee, Madison Square Garden.”

DJ Euphonik popped in then with a repost, noting that Black Coffee is a “Dad” to Esona and he should put some “respek” on the name. You can check out the tweet below.
