More drama as DJ Fresh and Euphonik are hit with a lawsuit for defamation of character by the same lady who accused them of rape.
Earlier on, Mzansi was shocked when an unknown woman alleged that popular House music DJs, Fresh and Euphonik raped her. They were both hit with a lawsuit which was dropped after no evidence was found to prove this.
Just when we thought the dust had settled, the two DJs have been hit with yet another lawsuit by the same woman. This time, they’re being charged for defamation of character, and she’s asking for R500,000.
Remember when Euphonik shared a WhatsApp conversation with the woman to Twitter, and leaked her phone number in the process? The woman, Nampree is accusing the DJ of leaking her private conversation with the SAPS online. Sunday World reports that she’s shocked the National Prosecution Authority (NPA) did not further investigate this.
