Amapiano star DJ Maphorisa bagged a total of eight gigs in a single day.
Famous Piano hitmaker DJ Maphorisa is one of the biggest acts on the scene. He is also one of the most sought-after when it comes to Live shows. The star had a big year with collaborations, releases, and Live performances.
Taking to his Instagram page, Porry revealed that he bagged eight gigs in one day. He wrote, “Eight gigs tonight. Blessings #workmode.” We all know what it means to pull off eight gigs in one night. If anyone can make that happen, it most certainly is him.
Briefly had previously reported on his booking fees. The publication wrote that the Scorpion King charges R200k for indoor and R300k for outdoor events. According to a report by The South African, if all of Porry’s eight gigs on Saturday were indoor, he would make a total of R1.6 million in one day. But if they were outdoor gigs, he would make R2.4 million in one day.
He was booked at The Bears Palace – (Carolina), Dickinson Park (Veereenigeng), Nostra (Bryanston), Elkah Stadium (Makubenjalo) Soweto, Metsing Tshisa Nyana (Orange Farm), Trimpark (Potchfstroom), Wedela Sports Ground (Carltonvelle), and Zone 6 Venue (Soweto).
